If you want to get a monthly summary of your email activities in Gmail<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Ensure that Google activity reports have been enabled for the account<\/li>\n
  2. Click on your name at the right hand side<\/li>\n
  3. Select Accounts<\/li>\n
  4. Go to the product category<\/li>\n
  5. Click Go to the account activity under Account activity<\/li>\n
  6. You can also click the Open Account Activity report in an email which says new account activity report availability.<\/li>\n
  7. If asked<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Type your Gmail password<\/p>\n

    1. Click Sign in<\/li>\n
    2. Under Email sent determine the no of messages you have sent in the report<\/li>\n
    3. This no. does not include email you sent from Gmail<\/a><\/li>\n
    4. Click on any bar chart below to determine the no of messages sent on any specific date.<\/li>\n
    5. Under email received note down the number of messages that you have received<\/li>\n
    6. Move your cursor over a bar in the chart to determine how many messages were received on particular days.<\/li>\n
    7. Under most contacted determine the contacts you email most in the report month.<\/li>\n
    8. Point over address to see how many email you sent to specific addresses.<\/li>\n
    9. For report of previous month select the desired date period from the report menu at top.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      How to get notification for New Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Go through Account Activity page.<\/a><\/li>\n
      2. If asked log in to the Gmail account<\/li>\n
      3. Click on settings under gear at the top right<\/li>\n
      4. Make sure that Send me an email every time a new report is available is checked<\/li>\n
      5. Uncheck the option to turn off email notification<\/li>\n
      6. Click on Save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
